SNOW!!!!

Brent's class sang several songs for their program. Brent did a great job singing loud and clear and looking handsome. Anna Kathryn's class put on 2 plays. She did great. She had 5 lines in one of them and 2 in the other. This was her acting debute and she did great.

Christmas

Hershel took Brent on a pheasant hunt. They had a good time.

Thanksgiving

Anna Kathryn started riding her bike without training wheels on Thanksgiving. We practicied a little this summer but we have not been riding bikes much lately. I was very surprised when she took off riding like an old pro. Then she started trying to help Brent learn.

Ice Skating Celebrating Adoption Awareness Month

The kids had a great time ice skating. Each year they get better and better. Anna Kathryn was watching the older girls who obviously take lessons and trying to copy them. She would try to turn in circles and also lift her leg when she was skating. Brent has never been too interested in skating but he actually got on the ice for about 15 minutes, which is an improvement. He mostly enjoys going to this event for the chocolate cupcakes.

Fall Fun

This was a field trip to Owen's farm. The kids had a great time.
